She completed her ophthalmology residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York as chief resident and is Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Victoria further trained in Craniofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Miami Children’s Hospital and pursued an ASOPRS fellowship at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, focusing on eyelid, orbital, and facial cosmetic surgeries. Since relocating to South Florida in 2014, she has been committed to underserved communities through medical missions in countries like India and Colombia. After spending years learning precise microsurgical techniques on the eye, he completed a two-year fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at The University of Iowa, widely regarded as a premier center for oculofacial training. He is a fellow of the prestigious American Society of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeons (ASOPRS), and in October 2021 was also inducted as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). Dr. Chahal is the only surgeon in central California who is double board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Francisco Castillo is a fellowship-trained Oculoplastics Specialist and certified ASOPRS member. He completed this ophthalmology residency at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Rochester, MN, and his fellowship at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI as well as a fellowship with the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Dr. Castillo practices ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at EyeHealth Northwest in Portland, OR.
Andrew A. Kao, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Empire Eye and Laser Center in Bakersfield, CA, where he has practiced since 2016. After completing his residency at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan, Dr. Kao pursued a fellowship in ocular pathology at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL—the nation’s top-ranked eye hospital. He further specialized with a year-long fellowship in ocular oncology at UC San Francisco, gaining expertise in the treatment of ocular surface and intraocular tumors while also teaching cataract surgery to residents. Dr. Keenum is a skilled oculoplastic surgeon known for blending science and artistry in eye and face plastic surgery. Dr. Keenum holds degrees from Auburn University and the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and he completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
