She completed her ophthalmology residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York as chief resident and is Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Victoria further trained in Craniofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Miami Children’s Hospital and pursued an ASOPRS fellowship at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, focusing on eyelid, orbital, and facial cosmetic surgeries. Since relocating to South Florida in 2014, she has been committed to underserved communities through medical missions in countries like India and Colombia. He also leads Kalon Medical Spa in Sioux Falls, offering laser skin treatments that complement his surgical practice. Dr. Keenum holds degrees from Auburn University and the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and he completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
